Cendyn, a provider of online marketing solutions for hotel companies, introduced Customer Order Center, which allows event and meeting planners to create and place complete food-and-beverage orders online. The new system enhances Cendyn's eco-friendly eMenus catering solution by displaying customized website ordering pages with standardized menu selections, accompanied by photos and other multimedia elements. Starwood Hotels & Resorts has selected the technology for use by all its domestic properties and is currently rolling it out.
