The Fishing Camp, an on-site private fly-fishing property on the Tarryall River, will open next summer.

Recent renovations to Broadmoor West added 31 guest rooms, and the building's older rooms were enlarged.

Play Ball!
The Colorado Springs Sky Sox just became the Triple-A affiliate of Major League Baseball's Milwaukee Brewers. The team plays at Security Service Field April through September.

The Oxford Club, Spa & Salon at the 80-room Oxford Hotel has launched The Oxford To You, a customizable mobile spa service for off-site events. The pop-up spa features a full menu of treatments such as massages, facials and manicures, as well as hair and makeup services.

The 519-room Westin hotel under construction at Denver International Airport will open in November 2015. Also being built is a Regional Transportation District hub that will begin running FasTrack trains downtown in 2016.

The restored Union Station opened in July, offering eight restaurants, an outpost of the Tattered Cover Bookstore, an ice-cream shop, two watering holes, retail stores and the 112-room Crawford Hotel. The latter has 3,000 square feet of meeting space and provides access to the 10,000 square feet of same plus the spa facilities at the Oxford Hotel across the street.

The 230-room Renaissance Denver Downtown City Center debuted in May in the old Colorado National Bank building. The hotel has 6,000 square feet of meeting space, including three former vaults.

All 10,000 square feet of meeting space, including the 15th-floor penthouse, at the 214-room Warwick Hotel have been upgraded, part of a $25 million renovation. Crystal chandeliers, new carpeting, better projection systems and other design enhancements are part of the project.

The 203-room Westin Greenwood Village will open just south of the city in 2016. The new-build will be the fourth Westin to open in greater Denver. Near the Denver Tech Center, the hotel will offer a full-service restaurant and lobby bar, 10,000 square feet of  meeting space, a WestinWorkout studio and an indoor pool.

A recent $23 million renovation at the 1,100-room Hyatt Regency Denver centered on the guest rooms. New work stations, Hyatt Grand Beds and 46-inch TVs have been installed, and the hotel's Wi-Fi bandwidth has been increased. The property features 60,600 square feet of meeting space.

• The Art, a 165-room hotel designed by Davis Partnership and Studio Daniel Libeskind, is under construction in the museum district and will open in February 2015. Stay tuned for further details.
