Attendees can chill out at a new restaurant and event venue called Tundra. The place goes through some 10,000 pounds of ice each week creating decorative  ice sculptures and dry ice garnishes for drinks. The venue can seat about 65 people indoors and 85 on an outdoor patio. The focus here is on new American cuisine, such as Kobe beef meatballs and fennel-dusted sea scallops. Some meals are served on plates made of ice, and for private parties, the restaurant can have ice sculptures made with the organization's logo. (954) 761-2122
