Boise, Idaho
The Boise Centre, the city's main convention facility, takes its commitment to sustainability programs seriously. Last year, aside from donating about 6,000 pounds of food to a local rescue mission, approximately 6,300 pounds of kitchen compost were collected, 5,850 pounds of coffee grounds were composted, and 300 cases of wine bottles (more than one-third of them purchased from local wineries) were recycled or donated.

Meeting Hotels
The city's group properties include the 303-room Riverside Hotel, 254-room Grove Hotel, 195-room Boise Hotel & Conference Center, 112-room Hotel 43 and 100-room Owyhee Plaza Hotel.
