•
The Mandarin Oriental Boca Raton will debut in 2020 in the city's downtown. Part of a mixed-used development, the 118-room property will comprise two adjacent towers and will feature several meeting and event spaces, including a 4,500-square-foot ballroom.

A new 141-room hotel, The Ray, is set to open next year in Delray Beach's Pineapple Grove District. Offerings include a rooftop pool and lounge, a fitness center and an event space for up to 300 guests.

• The 150-room Banyan Cay Resort & Golf, a Noble House resort, will open in late 2019 in West Palm Beach. The property will have a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, a clubhouse, a spa and a restaurant, as well as conference facilities.
