A number of new dining and drinking establishments opened in town this ski season. Sky Blue, an urban bar, offers views of Park City's Main Street from the fourth floor of the 33-suite Sky Lodge. Cena Restaurant and Lounge, at the 142-room Chateaux at Silver Lake, serves Italian dishes such as wood-oven braised pork shank and risotto, and butternut squash ravioli. Downtown, Mexican is on the menu at the recently opened Blue Iguana, including chile Colorado (cubed beef steak with red chile sauce) and lots of tasty vegetarian dishes.
