The port city of Antwerp delivers all the charms of Europe in one walkable downtown. Dating from the Middle Ages, the city is known for its beer, chocolate, diamonds, fine arts and fashion scene.

A new meetings venue, the Flanders Meeting & Convention Center Antwerp, will debut in November, next to the Central Train Station, the Antwerp Zoo and hotels including the 247-room Radisson Blu Astrid.

From there, attendees can stroll past shops and eateries to the central square and the Cathedral of Our Lady, home to works of Baroque painter Peter Paul Rubens. On the square is the stately 210-room Hilton Antwerp Old Town. Be sure to dine at the hotel's glass-enclosed restaurant, Brasserie Flo.
