BordeauxKnown for its eponymous wines, this city in southwestern France also is becoming a destination for incentive programs, thanks to new properties such as the luxurious Regent Bordeaux. The hotel has 150 guest rooms (including 22 suites) outfitted by designer Jacques Garcia, as well as 13 meeting rooms, Les Bains de Lea Spa, an indoor rooftop pool and a fitness center.

Other group properties in the city include the newly renovated 166-room Pullman Bordeaux Aquitania, with 20,000 square feet of meeting space. Participants can appreciate the region's wine heritage firsthand with day trips to the charming town of Saint-Emilion and wineries such as the Chateau Haut-Bailly.
