Grande dame: The landmark
Hotel D'Angleterre
In Denmark's capital city, King's New Square is home to the five-star Hotel D'Angleterre, which was built in 1755 and has hosted the likes of President Bill Clinton and Justin Timberlake. The 123-room property offers eight spaces for meetings and events; the largest is the Palm Room, which can hold up to 1,000 for a reception.

Bella Center, with approximately 1.3 million square feet of meeting and exhibit space, is Scandinavia's largest convention facility. Construction began last month on the attached 814-room Bella Hotel, which is scheduled to open in 2011.
