Planners can match participants' personalities to their accommodations at Winvian, a Relais & Châteaux hotel.

Set on a painterly 113-acre estate are 18 cottages, among them Greenhouse, Stables, Library, Secret Society and Treehouse, most featuring fireplaces as well as walk-in steam showers and state-of-the-art technology.

The Winvian restaurant and its adjoining rooms serve as the communal anchor, and much of the food comes from gardens on the grounds. Groups can gather at the Gordon Brown House or in the high-tech boardroom. A spa and a cooking school are among the many available activities.
