This charming Northern Ireland city has long flown under meeting planners' radar, but recent high-profile events like the Hosts Global Forum -- the DMC group's annual client event -- is introducing the industry to this U.K. gem.
One of the city's outstanding venues is Titanic Belfast, an attraction dedicated to the infamous ship that was built there. The stunning center has six spaces that welcome private events.

The Belfast Waterfront, which debuted in 2016, offers 25,000 square feet of flexible space, a 2,200-seat auditorium, two terraces and 20 meeting rooms.

The city's hotel inventory is rapidly expanding, with 18 properties set to open by 2020. Among the newest is the elegant 300-room Grand Central Hotel Belfast, which debuted last month.
