With the new interactive bao bun station from Wolfgang Puck Catering, guests get to mix and match proteins like pork belly and crispy tofu with toppings like Japanese pickled cucumber and hoisin sauce, all of which gets tucked into squid ink, beet or traditional Chinese-style steamed buns for a unique gastronomic journey. Cost: $150 per station chef plus $27 per person.
