cup of green tea, food and beverage, F&B, meeting, event, conventionSugary, caffeinated break fare -- coffee and pastry -- is terrible for optimal brain function. Instead, set out high-protein and whole-grain foods (yogurt is a good choice) to give attendees the option to feed their brains. Naturally, some will reach for the coffee, but if you offer green tea and put a sign at the water station that says "Drink me," you might very well change some minds. Thanks to Andrea Sullivan, MA, president of BrainStrength Systems, for the idea. (610) 891-7510; brainstrength.net
