The Hilton Mexico City Reforma's "cappuchai," a cross between a cappuccino and chai green tea, has become a popular addition to meeting breaks and breakfasts.

"Cappuchai" recipe
 2 oz. of Expresso
10 oz. of whole milk
30 grams of vanilla chai tea
Mix vanilla chai tea thoroughly with espresso and 2 ounces of whole milk. Heat the rest of milk and add to mix.
