Waffle TruckOver the past few years, a number of U.S. cities have witnessed a renaissance of gourmet food trucks lining their streets. Consider renting one for an event and parking it either right outside the hotel or for a group stop during a city tour. A little advance preparation can help the vendor keep the line moving quickly (e.g., ready portions, extra help).
