Charleston, S.C.-based chef Taylor Berk ( offers these tasty cocktail recipes:

Clementine Refresher: Mix gin in a tumbler filled with ice, along with two tablespoons of fresh-squeezed lime juice and about six ounces of diet tonic. Hand-squeeze the juice of one clementine into the tumbler, shake, and pour over a rocks glass filled with ice.

Habanero Strawberry Margarita: Infuse tequila with one pint of sliced strawberries and five sliced habanero peppers (seeds removed) in a covered, non-reactive container for at least eight hours. Mix the infused tequila with two ounces of fresh grapefruit juice and a squeeze of fresh lime juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until cold, and pour over a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with four ounces of lime-flavored sparkling water, and garnish with a twist of lime.
