Serving fruit in glass mason jars during breaks gives attendees a choice when it comes to getting their daily dose of fruit. At the International Association of Exhibitions and Events' annual Expo! Expo! held this past December, attendees could either eat the fruit straight from the jars with a fork or have the fruit blended with orange juice by an attendant to create a smoothie. The attendant was set up with two blenders to make sure the line moved as smoothly as the smoothies.
