Mixologist Ashley Sherrow, first-round winner of Marriott Hotels' five-city "Bourbon Battles" competition tour, created this unique libation:
1.5 ounces extra-aged bourbon
1 egg white
1/2 ounce each of hazelnut liqueur, honey, simple syrup, hot coffee
Splash of grapefruit juice
To make, put ingredients in a shaker and shake to froth the egg white. Add ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a coupe glass.
