At the InterContinental Los Angeles Century City at Beverly Hills' Mari Los Angeles, a chocolate dessert is accompanied by jasmine ice cream; at Geraldine's in the Kimpton Hotel Van Zandt in Austin, Texas, diners can feast on a sandwich with cheese and lavender-cured pork belly.
