At the Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland's Il Solito restaurant (which also runs the hotel's group F&B catering program), the idea of a dessert fountain has made the leap into the savory section of the menu with a salad-dressing fountain. House-made ranch or Caesar dressing is paired with crudités, fried pickles, garlic knots and grilled cheese bites.
