Margaritas get a new twist with this pepper-laced version from the JW Marriott Scottsdale (Ariz.) Camelback Inn Resort & Spa, dubbed El Matador Margarita:

1 1/2 oz reposada tequila
3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
3 jalapeño slices
4 oz pineapple chunks

Muddle jalapeño and pineapple in a shaker, add remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain and pour into a margarita glass with a salted rim.
