Family on a beachTime spent with families seems more important than ever, which is why, for summer meetings, it's becoming common to invite attendees' children. Teri Hurley, owner of Endless Love Travel ( in Austin, Texas, suggests doing the following to make way for the kids:
• Pack the welcome bag with flyers and coupons from local attractions and other businesses.
• Lighten the meeting schedule and build in significant family time.
• Consider a cruise meeting, since kids' activities already are built in.
