American Airlines is launching Flagship Check-In this week at Miami International Airport, an expansion of its premium-traveler program previously available only at Los Angeles International Airport. Eligible customers gain access to a separate security line and an expedited experience with customer-service representatives who can offer baggage assistance, seat and itinerary changes, and connecting-flight information. Qualifying travelers include ConciergeKey members, customers of American's Five Star Service, first-class customers traveling on a three-class flight between Miami and Los Angeles or Los Angeles and New York's JFK International Airport, or first-class customers traveling on American or select Oneworld alliance flights with an international outbound itinerary. Miami's Flagship Check-In will be available daily between 4 a.m. and 11 p.m. in Concourse D of the North Terminal.
