Emirates introduced nonstop service between Dubai and Madrid on Aug. 1. This is the airline's third new route to Europe this year; service to Amsterdam launched on May 1 and Prague on July 1. Elsewhere, the airline began serving Tokyo in March and will introduce flights Dakar in Senegal as of Sept. 1. Flights to New York's John F. Kennedy airport will be reinstated on Oct. 31. Emirates now serves 104 destinations.
