Concur, a leading provider of spend-management solutions and services, has added new features to Concur TripLink, enabling businesses of all sizes and travel management companies to apply their own gamification strategies to their travel and expense programs. Through gamification and incentives, businesses can encourage travel-booking behavior that fits their policies, for more cost-effective travel management. “We built Concur TripLink with the goal of helping customers encourage what we call ‘effortless compliance,'” said Michael Hilton, executive vice president and general manager of Concur Travel and Expense. Concur also has partnered with Airbnb, the community-driven hospitality company. Business travelers who use Concur’s TripLink will be able to book Airbnb listings directly, have their expense reports automatically pre-populated in Concur and make sure Duty of Care requirements are met.
