Australia-based travel consultant Tony O'Connor has joined Partnership Travel Consulting as Asia Pacific regional director, expanding the group's representation in the area. Industry vet O'Connor is the founder and managing director of Melbourne-based independent travel consultancy Butler Caroye Asia Pacific. Since founding the firm in 1998, he has assisted clients on more than 120 travel-procurement projects, representing a total spend of more than US$2 billion.
