Cruise Lines International Association has hired a search firm to find a replacement for president and CEO Christine Duffy, whose last day at the organization will be Jan. 31; she is becoming president of Carnival Cruise Line. In the interim, the organization's newly appointed global chairman, Royal Caribbean president and COO Adam Goldstein, will serve as its chief spokesperson, while Cindy D'Aoust, CLIA's executive vice president of membership and operations, will serve as its chief staff executive in charge of daily operations.
