Norwegian Cruise Line is acquiring Prestige Cruise Holdings, which includes Oceana Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, for $3.03 billion in cash, stock and assumed debt. The move will allow Norwegian to offer a variety of brands that are targeted at different markets and age groups. Oceania operates five ships and Regent Seven Seas has three, with a fourth on order.
