Paul Gauguin Cruises has acquired the Moana, which will begin sailing under the cruise line's banner in December 2012, following a renovation. Plans are for the 90-passenger vessel to sail in the Mediterranean in the summer and the Caribbean and Latin America during the winter. The company's other ship, the 332-passenger Paul Gauguin, currently is undergoing a $7 million renovation, which is set for completion in January.
