Mexico-based destination management company Terramar has acquired San Francisco-based DMC Cappa & Graham Inc.

Established in 1994, Terramar offers full-service event, destination, conference and meetings services from its offices in Los Cabos and Cancún in Mexico and in Panama. Cappa & Graham, meanwhile, has nearly 40 years of experience providing the same services in the Bay Area. Both companies are members of the DMC Network, a global community of accredited, owner-managed, legacy DMCs that cooperate with one another by sharing best practices, education, networking and client referrals.

Henceforth, Cappa & Graham owner Matt Cuevas will serve as general manager of Terramar's San Francisco office, where he will work closely with Irvine to map the merged organization's strategy and growth.
