Engagement marketing and communications agency TBA Global has sold its domestic destination management division, with nine locations in the United States, to travel firm Kuoni Group. TBA Global will continue to provide DMC services in Canada and the U.K. In a statement, Lee Rubenstein, TBA's president and COO, said the destination management division, which was inherited in a 2005 acquisition, "is no longer central to our ongoing U.S. growth plans. This acquisition keeps TBA Global's continuing growth focused on live and online strategy, content and activation, while greatly benefiting Kuoni and TBA Global's U.S. destination management clients."
