7. SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA
Financial events are actively courted by the Seoul Convention Bureau, which offers special incentives (e.g., financial support, as well as added-value events like city tours for attendees) to groups who hold meetings in the city.

8. BOSTON
The city has been a stalwart of commerce, trade and finance since pre-Revolutionary times.

> Federal Reserve Bank
In the heart of Boston's Financial District, the Federal Reserve Bank features stunning views of Boston Harbor. Groups can access 25,000 square feet of meeting and event space, including a conference center, a 31st-floor private dining room, a roof garden and the Morris Auditorium.

> The Langham Boston
This 318-room hotel in the Financial District is housed in the old Federal Reserve Bank of Boston building. The property has 12 meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 600 attendees.


Modern Swiss: Forum Genève has six
meeting rooms and an auditorium.

 9. GENEVA
Switzerland's other finance capital dates its banking roots to the 14th century, but there's a wealth of cultural attractions here, too.

This newly refurbished conference center is owned by Credit Suisse bank and available to outside groups. The facility has six meeting rooms, including a 194-seat auditorium.


10. SAN FRANCISCO
The West Coast's financial capital offers several unique facilities for meetings and events.

> Bently Reserve & Conference Center
Built in 1924 as the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, this stately facility has nine meeting rooms and an 8,000-square-foot Banking Hall, which can accommodate up to 400 people for seated events.

> Julia Morgan Ballroom
Atop the city's Merchants Exchange in the Financial District, this beaux arts ballroom spans more than 4,300 square feet and accommodates up to 350 seated and 600 standing. Five accompanying breakout rooms add a total of nearly 3,300 square feet to the mix.
