New York's Gaming Facility Location Board has started its deliberations, considering 16 proposals for casino resorts to be built in the state, according to press reports. The organization plans to make its recommendations to the state's Gaming Commission by late October, authorizing up to four casino licenses. The casino resorts will be built in Upstate New York's Capital Region, the Finger Lakes/Southern Tier and the Catskills/Hudson Valley. For a list of the 16 applicants, click here:
