Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell signed legislation on Thursday that legalized table games at state casinos. Nine casinos currently are operating statewide, according to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review, including the Sands Casino Resort in Bethlehem, as well as racetrack and resort properties in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and the Poconos. Installing table games at all the properties could take six to nine months, according to the state's Gaming Control Board.
