Caesars Entertainment has expanded its Responsible Meetings program, adding a Meetings for Good menu of community-service choices at its resorts in Las Vegas, New Orleans and Atlantic City. The program, to debut in additional markets later this year, will aid in facilitating community involvement with local nonprofit organizations, including those dedicated to education, environmental sustainability, health and wellness, seniors, soldiers and veterans.

"We strive to ensure that our clients hold outstanding meetings and events while also contributing economic, social and environmental benefits to society," said Jordan Clark, vice president of sales for Caesars Meetings & Events. "That's why it's important to us that our corporate citizenship efforts are embedded in our meetings offerings, allowing clients to reduce costs and meet responsibly."

Caesars' Responsible Meetings program also offers a training and certification program. On-site certified "RM" professionals can help planners designate their events as Certified Responsible Meetings if they meet a list of environmentally friendly stipulations. Among those requirements are the use of such features as organic meals, electronic signage, recycled meetings materials and post-meeting environmental reports.
