Green meetings experts MeetGreen, based in Portland, Ore., has joined forces with Give2Get (formerly CorpsGiving) to help meeting planners organize and produce service projects in conjunction with their events.

"We have had a difficult time finding legacy projects in cities for our clients' events and have learned other planners are having the same problem," said Nancy J. Zavada, CMP, president and founder of MeetGreen. "It often takes a considerable amount of time for the planner to deal with the logistics even after they find a community organization to support."

The projects aim to engage attendees, benefit the chosen charitable organization and strengthen the local community. MeetGreen and Give2Get plan to simplify the process and ensure each group has a meaningful and successful CSR experience.

"We are excited to be working with Meet Green to seamlessly integrate community impact into the best-in-class work they do for their clients," said Grady Lee, co-founder and CEO of Give2Get. For more information and case studies, click here.
