Plans for a 20-story office tower and hotel for a four-block space in Tampa, Fla., came to light after real estate firm Trammell Crow Co. reportedly filed zoning papers for the $350 million project on Thursday. According to the St. Petersburg Times, the project includes a main office tower, a 1,200-space parking garage and a separate tower for a 350-room hotel. Negotiations with hotel companies currently are under way, and the project is expected to be completed in 2014. The zoning request will go before the Tampa City Council later this year for final approval.
