Accor hotel group has said it will expand its participation in TripAdvisor's instant booking platform across all of its brands around the globe in the near future. Currently that feature is only available at its U.S. properties. An exact date of commencement was not given. "Our instant-booking partnership with TripAdvisor offers a new seamless channel for travelers to find and book rooms at Accor properties around the world that will enhance the customer experience especially on mobile devices. It will definitely feed our ambition to lead in digital hospitality," said Romain Roulleau, senior vice president, ecommerce, at Accor. The company's global portfolio of 14 brands includes Sofitel, Pullman and Novotel, representing 3,600 hotels in 92 countries.
