According to the Colorado Springs Gazette, the 292-room Antlers Hilton hotel in Colorado Springs is under a $36.3 million foreclosure notice. The proceedings, however, will have no effect on the Antlers' day-to-day operation, Richard Kelleher, CEO of Boston's Pyramid Hotel Group, told the paper. Pyramid owns the limited liability company that has been served with the notice. Kelleher described the move as a restructuring of Pyramid's debt on the hotel; the foreclosure, he said, was a consensual decision with Pyramid's lender.
