The 1,663-room Atlanta Marriott Marquis has completed a $78 million refurbishment of its guest rooms and 160,000 square feet of meeting space. The hotel's guest rooms now offer multipurpose work surfaces, smart TVs equipped with streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu, and, in the rooms with king-size beds, deluxe new baths with walk-in showers. The transformation has also brought two floors of Stay Well rooms to the Marriott Marquis, making the property one of six in the Marriott International portfolio to offer these rooms with air purification, circadian lighting, an allergen-free room sanitation process and vitamin C shower infusers, as well as aromatherapy.

The hotel's meeting spaces, which total 160,000 square feet, now offer increased bandwidth; and the expansive, multi-level Greatroom features a new layout and modern furnishings, to create a space where guests can work, relax, collaborate with colleagues or socialize after hours. Other enhancements include tech upgrades to the concierge lounge.
