Hong Kong-based Cachet Hotel Group is bringing its brand to Hangzhou. The 185-room Cachet Deluxe Hangzhou will be built in the city's World Packaging International Center, a mixed-use twin-tower development. The hotel will feature cutting-edge technology in the meeting rooms, a ballroom and keyless mobile check-in; all guest rooms will be outfitted with custom electronic tablets, through which guests will be able to access all of the hotel's services, including room service, housekeeping and concierge services to customize their stay. "In a city that is home to pioneering companies such as Alibaba, GE, Cisco and well-known international financial institutions, Hangzhou is an ideal destination for us to grow our Cachet brand," said Alexander Mirza, CHG's president and CEO. There is no word yet on when the property will open.
