The 96-room Cap Juluca resort on Anguilla will close from Aug. 20 to Oct. 29 for renovations. Among the improvements will be the addition of new air-conditioning units as well as renovations to the public areas. The last resortwide upgrade was completed in late 2008. The property was purchased for $25 million at a foreclosure auction in May by its original developers, Charles and Linda Hickox, according to Travel Weekly, M&C's sister publication.
