A $5.3 million renovation project has begun at the Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club in Brewster, Mass. Phase one of the work, to finish up in April, will redo the 90 rooms in the property's turn-of-the-century Mansion. The rooms will feature new soft goods, new furniture, redesigned bathrooms and more. The second phase of the renovation will tackle the two- and three-bedroom Bay Pines Village, scheduled to begin at the end of the year. The resort offers 20,815 square feet of meeting space, a Nicklaus Design golf course and three restaurants.
