The Inverness, A Destination Hotel in Englewood, Colo., has finished the first phase of a multimillion-dollar project, spending $1.3 million on the lobby, entrance, F&B outlets and event corridors. Two eateries, the Garden Terrace and the Fireside Bar & Grill, have been completely remodeled, and the lobby now features a new coffee shop serving locally roasted varieties from Allegro Coffee. The 302-room Inverness includes a full-service spa, an 18-hole J. Press Maxwell designed golf course, five restaurants and more than 60,000 square feet of event space.
