The 431-room Four Seasons Resort and Club in Irving, Texas, has been posted for foreclosure. U.S. Bank NA is seeking repayment of a $183 million loan to the property, which added 34 new villas and two specialty suites in 2009; its two golf courses, used for the HP Byron Nelson Championship, recently were redesigned. The PGA Tour event is expected to go on in May without a hitch, and officials at the resort say they expect no interruption in day-to-day operations.
