Dolce Hotels and Resorts will rebrand and manage the former Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas, property and plans to reopen the 349-room hotel in the first quarter of next year, the hotel company announced yesterday. Dolce executives expect to decide on the new property's name later this year. The resort, which will be Dolce's first in the Las Vegas area, encompasses 15 acres in the master-planned development and offers 32,000 square feet of meeting space, a 30,000-square-foot spa and a fitness center. Ritz-Carlton shuttered the property last May.
