Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, a 210-room hacienda-style resort in the San Diego community of La Jolla, has unveiled extensive renovations to its meeting spaces, restaurant and more. Nearly two-thirds of the sprawling retreat's 22,000 square feet of meeting space has been made over.
The Woodlands, an area that covers 12,286 square feet of indoor meeting space across more than a dozen venues, now offers a more classic and elegant look for social events, complete with opulent chandeliers. Meanwhile, the new design of the light-filled, 650-square-foot Hacienda Ballroom is more casual and features modern touches. The likewise renovated Hacienda Dos adds another 386 square feet to accommodate slightly larger meetings.

Also renovated was the 3,721-square-foot Learning Center, a 125-seat auditorium with built-in A/V and individual work stations.

All of the 10-acre property's meeting spaces provide modern technology and catering services, while the hacienda style means there are plenty of courtyards and lush gardens.

Estancia La Jolla redesigned its signature restaurant, Mustangs & Burros, as well, fusing a laid-back California vibe with traditional Baja style. The stylishly rustic restaurant is light-filled and airy, with a new entry patio and a colorful fireplace patio.
