The Fairmont Washington, D.C., completed a three-floor, 167-room renovation last week with a $3.3 million price tag. Rooms now feature natural green and brown earth tones, large feather pillows and enhanced technology, including CAT-6 cabling, high-speed Internet access, flat-screen televisions and iHome docking stations. The 415-room property includes the modern American restaurant, Juniper, and 28,000 square feet of function space.
