Fairmont Hotels & Resorts announced today that it will build a new luxury hotel in Jakarta, Indonesia, with 380 guest rooms and 108 Fairmont-branded, extended-stay suites. The property is expected to open in 2014 at the south end of the capital city's central business district and will feature several restaurants, more than 37,500 square feet of function space, an 8,000-square-foot Willow Stream Spa and pool facilities. The site is near the 18-hole Senayan Golf Course, which is known for its challenging tree-lined fairways.
