Hilton Worldwide announced Tuesday that the company has inked a deal to develop a resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, the first to fly the Hilton flag in that city. The 259-room Hilton Puerto Vallarta, slated to open in the second quarter of 2012, will be near the airport and cruise terminal. The all-inclusive property promises five restaurants as well as a fitness center, a business center and three meeting rooms. The Grand Salon ballroom will be able to host up to 600 banquet guests.
